Applying for a taxi transport license requires that the person in charge of the transportation has completed taxi entrepreneur training and passed the entrepreneur exam with the required score. We have condensed our training program to focus on the most essential topics so that professionals in the taxi industry can benefit from it as much as possible. For example, the previous taxi entrepreneur training lasted for 120 class hours, but now we have condensed the same education into 21 hours, meaning only three days of training. Those who successfully complete the training receive a professional competence certificate, which can be added to their resumes. The well-established Taxi School has trained taxi entrepreneurs with excellent results. We offer comprehensive business training that prepares you to tackle the challenges in the taxi industry, whether you operate with your own car, as a sole proprietorship, or even in a larger corporation.

Taxi driver professional driving permit

A person intending to become a taxi driver must pass the professional driving test for taxi drivers, which is carried out at Ajovarma Oy.

The exam consists of 50 questions, of which you must score at least 38 points.
(The exam consists of 4 sections, where only 3 errors are allowed per section.)

The Taxi School trains approximately 300-450 taxi drivers annually.

In the basic taxi driver training we go through 12 different sections, which form a comprehensive set of knowledge to go on to pass the Ajovarma Oy's Taxi Driver Taxi Transport Licence test.
Our training is divided into four sections, each taking approximately 2.5 - 3 hours per section.
We train on weekends, with Saturday and Sunday training being approximately 7 hours per/day. We can also train Mon - Thurs when we do one section per day.

After the training, there is an opportunity to practice the topics taught in the form of sample questions. If needed, you can also purchase additional training to ensure that all topics are thoroughly covered.
